Design Process
Our design process is divided into four parts, each as critical as the next.
Initial Discussion, Review and Definition of the Project
We will first confer with you to discover your needs, including the demographics of your target audience, determine who it is exactly you are trying to provide product or service to, whether you'll be providing copy and/or imagery or if we will be providing that for you, determine your overall goals, and your budgetary requirements. We will request a 50% deposit of the project total to begin development. The balance of 50% will be due upon completion and prior to final upload.
Design and Development Stage
We will define your main messages, the types of information and functionality, and Website or Blog content. Then two or three samples of what we have translated your vision to be will be created. Once you've picked out your preferred look, we will complete the necessary scans and/or color corrections (if required for your imagery), insert the copy you have provided to us in digital format, submit all for your approval, and then move on to the final stage. During this stage you'll be able to view progress on a regular basis from a temporary sub-folder within our server.
Production and Launch Stage
Your new Website or Blog process will conclude with your approval of all elements involved in the Design and Development Stage. Upon approval, we will complete the secondary pages and sub links placing appropriate copy and imagery where necessary and test for errors or changes. With your final approval, and our receipt of the balance of 50%, your Website or Blog will be uploaded and ready for the world to see.
Beyond Launch
If you so desire, and for additional fees to be determined at the time, we will register your Website or Blog with various search engines and develop a Maintenance Plan for your site. |
